NuSerum? IV血清替代品是一種生長培養(yǎng)基補體，可用于替代胎牛血清，它與用于細胞培養(yǎng)的小牛血清、胎牛血清和其它常用血清相比有較低蛋白含量。低蛋白成份有利于蛋白純化、病毒生產(chǎn)、單克隆抗體生產(chǎn)和篩選，并且能提高細胞轉(zhuǎn)染成功率。BD Nu-Serum? IV血清替代品經(jīng)過嚴格的質(zhì)量測試，包括總蛋白成份，pH，摩爾等滲透壓濃度測試、細胞病變效應(yīng)(CPE)，包涵體和血細胞吸附性能驗證、內(nèi)毒素檢測(LAL鱟試劑檢測) 和0.2μm膜過濾檢測對細菌，真菌，支原體和病毒為陰性等。

BD Nu-Serum? IV, a growth medium supplement which provides a low-protein alternative to newborn calf, fetal bovine, and other sera routinely used for cell culture. (500 ml) Formerly.

Quality:
? Tested at a concentration of 10% for the ability to stimulate a ≥ 100 fold increase in growth of BHK-21 and a ≥ 13-fold increase in growth of BALB/c-3T3 cells.
? Tested for total protein content, pH, and osmolarity (information included with product).
? Filtered (0.2 μm membrane) and tested and found negative for bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, and viruses (bovine diarrhea virus, bovine parvovirus, bovine adenovirus, reovirus, and rabies virus); also tested for the absence of cytopathic effects (CPE), inclusion bodies and hemadsorption.
